Ekpe’s Book Club in Dallas: The Fault in Our Stars

During the 13-14 Season, Ekpe Udoh’s Book Club enjoyed the novel “The Fault in Our Stars” by John Green, and we sat with Ekpe as he conducted one of his chats about the book.

This past weekend, members of the book club gathered in Dallas to see a screening of the “Stars” movie and hold an in-person discussion about it.

The day started with a visit to the new Perot Museum of Nature and Science.

After some quality time at the museum, it was time for a private screening of the featured film.

Following the movie, the group gathered for dinner at Truluck’s to enjoy more time together and reflect on the film.

SUCCESS! Fun was had by everyone.

Ekpe then crowd sourced the next read for the book club.

Get ready for some summer reading!

#GoBucksDay2014

Last year, the creative Bucks fans in Kimberly, WI started #GoBucksDay as a way to show their pride for Wisconsin’s professional basketball team. Last year it culminated with a group photo in front of an impressive homemade Bucks billboard.

They were back at it again this year, and encouraged Bucks fans everywhere to wear their green and red or purple gear. Even tried to get the Governor involved.

Excitement was building.

It was time.

Fans from all over got involved.

There were Giannis style “antlers”

A bunch of big @bucks celebrating #gobucksday2014 😄
